Unique and Easy Marketing Strategy Tools

The new year is upon us.  It’s a great time to have a look at your marketing strategy and revamped it.  Or, maybe you are looking to add a few new tools to your belt to make your business more interesting or relevant to your audience. Whatever your motives, we’re going to look at some unique and fun ideas to add to your marketing and content strategies.

Try Podcasts

Written content is great. Images and video content is even better.  But, what about the percentage of your audience that doesn’t have time for either?  That’s where podcasts come into play.  Every month, 32% of the population listens to podcasts, and 49% of listeners are engaged with podcasts at home.  As you can see, some people like getting their information through auditory channels.  This is a great time to start including these in your marketing strategy!

Teach an Online Class or Webinar

Do you have a skill or some knowledge that you would like to get out to your audience?  Try doing an online webinar or class!  There are many channels for you to host this type of experience.  You can try Click Meeting or Zoom to host your class.  Entice your customers by hosting free webinars and classes.  Once they’ve had a chance to get to know the format, they will be more willing to pay for the next webinar.

Google Competitors and Yourself

We’re sure you have probably researched your competition.  Have you ever Googled your own company?  This is a great way to find out what people are saying about you.  It gives you a great idea about areas to improve on in your marketing strategy.  You may even find some places where you can win customers over with great customer service.  Plus, you can join conversations or get amazing insight into your target audience.

Put Your Contact Information Everywhere

We are sure you have a kick-ass Contact Us page.  Instead of just having one place for customers and visitors to reach out, put you contact information on every page of your website, at the bottom of blog posts, or in descriptions of videos.  The easier it is for them to reach out to you, the better chance they will convert to loyal, repeat customers.

Check Your Listings

Now’s a great time to continue that Google search of yourself into making sure your physical address, email, phone number, etc. are up-to-date.  Whether it’s on your website, a Google Business listing, or another industry website, make sure people have your most current information to contact you.

These are just a few of the many ways that you can improve your customer conversion, and marketing strategy.  The more you can convert visitors to customers, the more successful your business will become!
